MAGGI Magic Cubes - Vegetarian, 1/4, crumbled
MAGGI Noodles - 1 Packet
Water - 1 cups or 300 ml
Carrots (diced) - 1/8th cup
Green Peas (peeled) - 1/8th cup
Broccoli - 3-4 florets, cut into smaller florets
Capsicum/Bell Peppers chopped - 1/8th cup
Onion (Chopped) - ½ small
Chilies (split vertically) - 2 (optional)
Garam Masala - ½ Teaspoon
Jeera Powder - ½ Teaspoon
Coriander powder - ½ Teaspoon
Salt as per taste
Coriander leaves (optional)
The Easy Steps
Cut the vegetables as mentioned in the ingredient list. Preparation
Add the water to a pot Preparation
On High flame, once the water starts to boil, add Chopped Onion, Carrots, Green Peas and Capsicum. for cooking
Add salt, garam masala, Jeera and Coriander powder and MAGGI Magic Cubes. Add red chili powder if you want spicy.Mix well. for cooking
Add MAGGI Tastemaker and Noodles. Break the Noodles in 4 pieces before adding. Mix well, On high flame. Stir occasionally. for cooking
Turn the gas flame low and add Green Chilies and Broccoli, mix well. Cover the pot. for cooking
Serve immediately and add chopped Coriander Leaves for garnishing Presentation
