Prepare ingredients as mentioned in the list. Cook the mutton to soften it and use stock instead of water. Take a cooker, heat 1 tablespoons coconut oil, add the whole spices, toss for 1 min, add 1 onion, 3 garlic bulbs, 1-inch ginger, toss it for 4 mins until onions turn brown. Add turmeric powder ½ teaspoon, 1 tablespoon pink salt, 1 pinch of red chilli powder, and add the meat, mix it well and cook for 8 mins. Add 2½ cup of water, close the cooker lid and cook to 3 whistles (10 mins) and let it cool down.
Heat the 2 tablespoons oil in a pan and add 1 onion (3 mins), add 4 garlic chopped, cook until it browns (3 mins). Add fennel seed powder, toss it for 1 min in low flame, add ½ cup of mutton stock, toss for 2 mins. Add MAGGI Masala-ae-Magic, cumin powder, pepper powder, Garam masala, mix well and cook for 2 min in medium flame. Now add broccoli and cook for 5 mins. Add the cooked meat and 1 cup of stock and mix all the things well and cook for 5 mins on high flame, add a pinch of salt. Add red bell peppers and cook it for another 4 mins (cook until the stock dry out partially).
Garnish with the coriander leaves & sesame seeds and serve it hot.
