Chopped okra – 4 cups
Chopped onion – 1 cup
Chopped Tomato – 1 cup
Cooking oil – 3 tablespoons
Mustard seeds – 1 tablespoon
Cumin seeds – 1 tablespoon
Asafoetida powder – ¼ tablespoon
Salt – 1 tablespoon
MAGGI Masala ae magic - 1 tablespoon
The Easy Steps
In a pan add 3 tablespoons of cooking oil.
Add 1 tablespoon of mustard seeds and 1 tablespoon of cumin seeds.
Once the mustard seeds and cumin seeds starts cracking, add 1 cup chopped onion and saute for 3 mins.
Add ¼ tablespoon of Asafoetida powder.
Add 4 cup chopped okra (Bhindi).
Add 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of MAGGI Masala ae magic powder.
Mix well and allow it to cook for 15 mins on low flame.
After 15 mins add 1 cup chopped tomatoes and cook for 5 mins.
Now serve this hot bhindi ki sabzi with roti /chapati/ pulka.
