MAGGI 2-Minute Noodles – 3 Pack
Scrambled Eggs – Made of 2 Eggs
Refined Oil – 5 Tablespoons
Black paper powder – 1 Tablespoon
Salt – As per taste
Vinegar – 1 Tablespoon
Soya Sauce – 1 Tablespoon
Tomato Ketchup – 1 Tablespoon
Carrot – ½ Cup
Cabbage – ½ Cup
Capsicum – ½ Cup
Onion – ½ Cup
Chopped Garlic – 1 Teaspoon
Chopped Ginger – 1 Teaspoon
Chopped Green Chilli – 1 Teaspoon
Chopped Spring Onion (For Garnishing)
The Easy Steps
Boil 3 pack for 3 min of MAGGI and strain it.
Add 1 Teaspoon refined oil in boiled MAGGI and mix it.
Heat 3 Tablespoon refined oil in a pan. Add all vegetables and cook for 3 min in high flame.
Add boiled MAGGI, scrumbled egg, salt, all sauces, vinegar and cook for 4 min in medium flame.
Add powdered black paper and MAGGI masala and cook for 2 min in high flame.
Serve with some spring onion.
