Drain the soaked moong dal and grind to a smooth paste.

Add Nestle a+ dahi, mix well and keep aside for 10 min.

Add onion, capsicum and water. Heat oil in a tadka pan, add mustard seeds, cumin sees and allow them to splutter and curry leaves. Add the prepared tadka to dal mixture and mix well.

Now add baking soda and a little water to adjust the consistency if required.

Pour a spoon full of batter into the greased idli moulds and steam for 10-12 min or till done. Allow to cool slightly and de mould them.
