Soak bajra overnight. Drain and grind it till coarse. Wash the Moong dal and in a pressure cooker, combine bajra, yellow moong dal, soya granules, vegetables, water, turmeric powder, MAGGI Masala-ae-Magic and salt to taste.

Heat NESTLÉ Everyday Shahi Ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds and asafoetida to it, sauté until the cumin seeds splutter. Add the tadka to cooked khichdi and mix well.
