Meanwhile, set the steamer and switch on the flame to start boiling the water.

In the Dal mixture, add fruit salt and lime juice and mix gently until completely incorporated and free of lumps.

Take a thali/ mould, oil the surfaces well and transfer the batter to the mould. Place the dhokla inside the steamer and cover with a lid. Steam for 10 min and simmer for 5 more minutes) Take a toothpick/ form and check if the dhokla is cooked although)

In a tadka pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds and let them sizzle. Add curry leaves, sesame seeds and MAGGI Masala-ae-Magic and switch the flame off. Add water to the tadka. Prick the dhokla with a fork although and spread the tadka well all over the dhokla.

Garnish with coconut and serve hot.
