Heat oil in a karahi and add crushed cumin seeds, coriander seeds, dry red chillies and sauté slightly. Add ginger garlic paste and cook till raw smell goes.
Add chopped onion and sauté till golden brown, add tomato puree and cook till dry and the oil separates. now add bell pepper, cubed onion and sauté for a few minutes.
Add red chilli powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder and salt and sauté for 3-4 minutes. Add MAGGI Masala-ae-Magic and mix well.
Add paneer cubes, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes, once done add coriander leaves for garnish. Adjust salt to taste.
Serve hot with multigrain rotis.
