Wash and soak moong dal for 15-20 min.
Heat oil in a kadai, add mustard seeds, cumin sees and allow them to splutter. Add garlic and saute till turns slightly golden. Add the washed moong dal, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and water. Mix well. Cover and cook till the dal is just cooked.
Add the dill leaves and MAGGI Masala-ae-Magic and cook till the dal and dill and completely cooked.
Turn off the flame and serve hot with phulka.
