In a mixer jar, take mildly roasted peanuts add 1 tbsp Safed Til and churn to make fine powder Transfer the powder in a bowl, add 1 tbs Besan in it add water to make thick paste and keep aside.
Heat ½ tsp oil in a pan Add 1 tsp garlic chopped and saute till light golden-brown. Add freshly chopped Methi leaves and saute for a minute. Remove from pan and keep aside.
In the same pan, heat the remaining oil, add cumin seeds, allow them to splutter add onion, remaining garlic and saute till onion turn transparent. Add chopped tomato and saute till they turn mushy. Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and coriander powder.
Further add besan, peanut paste and mix well. Add MAGGI Masala-ae-magic and cook it on slow flame for 5 min Then add cooked Methi salt to taste and mix it.
Serve hot with Multigrain rotis.
