Take a small tadka pan, heat ½ tsp oil, add one part of the egg mixture and allow it to cook for 2-3 min or till slightly golden at the bottom. Turn and cook on the other side as well. Repeat with rest of the mixture. (5 min)

Cut the pav horizontally from the centre without separating them completely. Heat a tava add butter and slightly roast the pav till golden brown. Place a slice of cheese at the bottom and then the cooked egg and serve immediately. (4 min)
