Preheat oven to 180ºC. Mix together grated cheese, MAGGI Fusian Chilli Garlic Sauce and the beaten egg.

Using a butter knife, coat one side of each slice with the above mixture. Place the cheese toasts on a greased baking tray and place in the hot oven till bread turns golden brown and crisp and cheese has melted. Serve hot.
